Beltane

A festival of unification – this time is a portal of transition between spring and summer. It is the beginning of the light half, with winter’s gate closing, opening to summer’s return. With the fertile energies of spring, there is the reawakening of the earth and the goddess. It is a time of celebration of life force, sensuality, and regeneration of the land and her people.

Breathwork:

SOMA Breath is a sequence of ancient conscious breathing techniques. The breath creates a bridge between the body and the mind.
Breathing in a rhythm, regulates your nervous system and stimulates your immune system.
Breathwork is the creation and utilization of energy. Lift yourself to ecstatic and bliss states with your breath, release tension and create space in the body.
