ELEMENTAL EMBODIMENT - 5 week series
5 Wednesdays 10am - 12 noon.
31 May, 7, 14, 21, 28 June
Please arrive on time, ideally 10 mins early to settle in - 9.50am
I am offering a 5 week deeper exploration of each element thru;
Dance movement
Breath medicine
Ritual
Potent word ~ guidance
Connection
With additional experiences of; Cacao and Sound healing
Each week we will call in the Medicine of each single element of the cycle.
Let's deeply explore and embody these sacred elements of nature;
1. Ether 2. Air 3. Earth 4. Fire 5. Water
For they are the very elements we are made of, the elements of life...
and our interconnection with it ALL!
Experience how this deeper dive can awaken, transform, heal each aspect of your being.
Ideally, this is an intended continuum experience, as a 5 week series~cycle.
So calls for a committed group of 20 glorious Women; to get curious, explore, move, connect and grow together.
To encourage this 5 week commitment, I am offering the complete series 5 at a discount rate of $125 (saving $10)
Understandably, if life pulls you in other ways or casual attendance is more your rhythm, you are welcome drop in at the casual rate of $25 ~ and $30 in week 1 with cacao and also in week 5 with sound healing.

It was through the transformative and liberating nature of Ecstatic Dance, that I discovered an authentic, heart-centred awakening.
In 2014, Marnie completed her teacher training with Malaika Darville to facilitate 5 ELEMENTS DANCE. Soon after Medicine Dance was born. Ever since, she has been holding Medicine Dance on local dance floors, featuring at festivals and private retreats.

is a moving dynamic meditation, an ecstatic, some what shamanic / free-style dance journey guided metaphorically by the elements.. the elements of nature; ether, air, earth, fire, water, the elements in ourselves, the elements of life... and our interconnection with it ALL!
Marnie will intuitively guide you with minimal but poignant faciiltation, accompanied by an awesome musical soundscape along with the collective energy of the group for a truely expansive, deeply releasing, transformational, healing and connective dance experience.
This DANCE experience is absolute medicine for our body, heart + soul !
Mid 2020, Marnie turned her practice to an ALL Women's Medicine Dance + Wisdom Circle. With select themes to explore and additional guest co-creators, the full experience offers an opening for a deeper, more wholesome experience. Medicine Dance Sanctuary creates an opportunity for a rich, deeply connected sisterhood to flourish.
Mid 2022, Marnie trained with Cacao Queen Daisy Kaye, to learn the sacred alchemy of the medicinal magic of CACAO. Bringing in another element of awakening, transformation and healing to the Medicine Dance Sanctuary.
It is my heart's calling + prayer that this practice of Medicine Dance becomes a blessing of powerful conscious medicine for the individual, the community + our Mother Earth, as a way to create a loving ripple effect in this often chaotic world that needs grounding, unwinding, authentic connection, healing and rebirthing so deeply.
