ELEMENTAL EMBODIMENT - WEEK 1 ~ ETHER (of a 5 week series)

Please arrive at 9.50am - 10 mins early to settle in and be ready to start at 10am sharp. Thankyou.

Week 1 - we call in the Medicine of the ETHER element.

In Ether ~ you are spirit; sensing, listening, knowing.. you become aware of your subtle Energy Systems, 

sensing, space, transcen'dance, inter-connectivity, one-ness..

Your journey will be enhanced by the divine alchemy of CACAO in a delicious (medicinally herbal infused, vegan) yummy blend, served and sipped in Sacred Ceremony. 

Blindfolds will be available to aid our Ether Yin~ward journey, the darkness activates the Pineal Gland ~ our third eye centre; which in turn increases our clarity, concentration, imagination and intuition. 

After cacao we will begin our sensing, movement, dance journey...

When you dance be aware of being inside the Mystery 

and the Mystery being inside you.

Allow yourself to dissolve into your surroundings 

and lose all sense of where your body ends and the space around you begins.

Inner and outer become a continum as you let yourself slide

beyond who you think you are..

MARNIE DEVI HUDSON - dance, yoga, meditation, personal transformation, spirituality is a way of life!

It was through the transformative and liberating nature of Ecstatic Dance, that I discovered an authentic, heart-centred awakening. 

In 2014, Marnie completed her teacher training with Malaika Darville to facilitate 5 ELEMENTS DANCE. Soon after Medicine Dance was born. Ever since, she has been holding Medicine Dance on local dance floors, featuring at festivals and private retreats. 

 ABOUT - MEDICINE DANCE 
is a moving dynamic meditation, an ecstatic, some what shamanic / free-style dance journey guided metaphorically by the elements.. the elements of nature; ether, air, earth, fire, water, the elements in ourselves, the elements of life... and our interconnection with it ALL! 

Marnie will intuitively guide you with minimal but poignant faciiltation, accompanied by an awesome musical soundscape along with the collective energy of the group for a truely expansive, deeply releasing, transformational, healing and connective dance experience.

This DANCE experience is absolute medicine for our body, heart + soul !

Mid 2020, Marnie turned her practice to an ALL Women's Medicine Dance + Wisdom Circle. With select themes to explore and additional guest co-creators, the full experience offers an opening for a deeper, more wholesome experience. Medicine Dance Sanctuary creates an opportunity for a rich, deeply connected sisterhood to flourish.

Mid 2022, Marnie trained with Cacao Queen Daisy Kaye, to learn the sacred alchemy of the medicinal magic of CACAO.  Bringing in another element of awakening, transformation and healing to the Medicine Dance Sanctuary.

It is my heart's calling + prayer that this practice of Medicine Dance becomes a blessing of powerful conscious medicine for the individual, the community + our Mother Earth, as a way to create a loving ripple effect in this often chaotic world that needs grounding, unwinding, authentic connection, healing and rebirthing so deeply.
