Join us for our newest sound meditation series, Elemental Gong Meditation, where we’ll be combining the healing powers of multiple planetary gongs alongside their elemental energy to guide you into a meditative state that allows you to bring forth traits that resonate with that particular element.

For our EARTH series, you can expect a gong meditation that will help reconnect you with your essence. The purpose of which is to help strengthen your energetic and emotional support system, so that you may become clearer in your heart about what is your purpose in life and what steps you need to take in order to bring it closer to reality.

Our gong meditation will include an opening introduction about the element, a guided meditation to help you center the aspects of fire into your hearts & minds, and a 45 minute gong meditation using Paiste planetary gongs tuned into the Earth element.

Date is set for June 20th from 7:00-8:00 PM at MDitate in Newport Beach, CA

Cost is $30 and we are limiting this event to 15 people to ensure the intimacy of the space.

Studio does provide all the comforts you will need to maximize your experience including mats, pillows, blankets, and cushions.

All you need to bring alongside yourself is a willingness to become reborn.

CBD can be added onto your experience to deepen your meditation journey for an additional $10.
