Letting go of the programming we've been conditioned to live our whole lives to find the freedom to take flight & rise from the ashes like the divine phoenix you are. With the saftey of being held, seen, heard, felt in all ways. There is no judgement, no blame, no shame, just your own expression, your own sacred body that gets to release & receive the love your body physically, spiritually, emotionally & energetically deserves to feel & receive. That love does not go when you do, you are under my wing as a mother loves a child. Please bring comfortable clothes & a change of clothes, water, pillow or cushion.
