We begin in the body — rooted, present, grounded in Earth. We soften into Water, letting emotion move and old stagnation flow. We call in Fire to stoke vitality, courage, and aliveness. We rise through Air into openness and expansion. And finally we dissolve into Ether — the vast, quiet spaciousness beneath it all.

This is breathwork as ritual. As remembrance. As a return to your elemental nature.

No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up, breathe, and rise. 🙏
