Elemental Ritual for Inner Alchemy is a foundational course aimed at making the sacred accessible and approachable to all.
In this 5 week journey through the elements ( Air, Fire, Earth, Water and Spirit) we will connect with ourselves, each other and strengthen both our relationship to self and the world around us.
Participation in sacred ritual can help us bring our being into alignment with the natural flow and rhythm of life.
Exploring ritual, drum journey and creativity we will meet with a different element each week and begin to cultivate a new way of relating to the elements, the forces of nature, our inner world and the outer world.
This experiential workshop is open to anyone seeking to build a daily or weekly practice, anyone wanting to bring more of the mystical into the mundane of everyday life, and anyone who is curious and courageous enough to explore the elements in a new way.
When: Commencing 19th May and continuing over 5 consecutive weeks until 16th June

About Spiral:
Spiral is trained as
a Transpersonal Art therapist, Earth-based ceremonial facilitator and
has been working alongside a mentor of Nature-based shamanic
practices for the past 9 years. She began exploring spirituality and
various healing modalities 16 years ago and continues to be open and
curious.
Through her
connection to the sacred elements, Spiral seeks to understand and
embody a ritualistic experience in everyday life – merging
sacredness to all areas of life through the multiple facets of the
medicine wheel, incorporating the elements and allowing nature to be
the teacher.
Embracing curiosity,
gratitude, and creativity as pathways to understanding her
relationship to self and the world around her, Spiral aims to inspire
and support others to do the same.
