Elemental Yin Yoga: A Three Week Yin Yoga Series

FOR THREE MONDAY NIGHTS IN JUNE - 9th, 16th & 23rd

Join yoga teacher Jac Keleher for a 3 week Yin Yoga journey through the 'Three Treasures' of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine).

Each week will dive deep into an embodiment of one of the three treasures. In TCM, the Three Treasures, also known as the Three Jewels or San Bao, are Jing (essence), Qi (vital energy) and Shen (spirit). They are considered as the fundamental energies that sustain life, and their balance is crucial for overall vitality and well-being!

Through poetry, story-telling, embodiment and drawing upon the deep wisdom of the natural world, these classes are an opportunity to meet ourselves within our human bodies, as a part of nature. The practices are designed to bring you home into a whole-bodied state of harmony and balance — through yin postures, meridian work, acupressure and meditation.

As we explore deeper the functioning of both our physical and energetic body and our understanding of the animate forces of nature, we can harness our practice into being something that has an incredible capacity to heal ourselves into a state of wholeness.
