Over four immersive sessions, we’ll move through sequences inspired by Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, each session designed to awaken the qualities of the natural world within us.

Each week, you'll connect with a different element through tailored asana, breathwork, and visualisation:

Week 1 - Earth: Find grounding and balance, focusing on stability and strength.
Week 2 - Water: Embrace fluidity and flow, releasing tension and cultivating adaptability.
Week 3 - Fire: Ignite energy and empowerment with core-strengthening, confidence-building poses.
Week 4 - Air: Discover lightness and expansion through breath-centred sequences and heart-opening poses.

Enhanced with essential oils, music, and lighting that capture the spirit of each element, this series offers a unique, sensory experience that brings nature onto the mat. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Elemental Flow will leave you feeling more grounded, inspired, and in tune with the rhythms of nature.
