ELEMENTAL YIN/YANG YOGA SERIES
Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water.

For the next 3 sessions running on the 14/11, 28/11 and 12/12 we will be diving deep into the 5 chinese elements of nature, these elements work together to create a balance essential for our health and well-being.

Together with the magic of Yin/Yang Yoga, Meditation, Cacao and Sound healing, each class will have a theme attached to it.

Each Yoga Healing session will focus on a theme. For example the Metal element has certain poses that help to anchor and improve the vitality of that particular organ which is the Lungs and Large Intestines. It’s not just about the actual metal — it’s about what metal stands for — being strong, clear about things, and knowing when it’s time to let things go. This helps keep our bodies and minds in balance, especially as the seasons change.

Each element is responsible for a different organ and when the element is off balance it throws the body's homeostasis and balance off, leading to illness and disease. Over the next 3 classes we will reconnect with the 5 elements, rejuvenate the body through meditation and yoga. Our focus here is to prepare the body for the end of the year and moving forward into a new year feeling revitalized and balanced.

This class series will run fortnightly from 6:30pm to 8pm.

The full series will see you to the end of the year when CO Yoga and Healing with then break until the new year of 2025.
