Exploring the 7 Chakras! 

Over the next 7 classes we will dive deep into the 7 Chakras in a really palatable and practical way! Im basically taking the 'woo woo' out of chakras and helping you understand the energetic meaning behind them. My main objective is to explore these themes in a way that’s relatable to our everyday life. For example the Root Chakra is the first chakra in the human body and is located at the base of the spine, between the perineum and the lower spine. The Root Chakra is RED and its associated feelings are being grounded, at home, connected to earth and a sense of belonging. 

So instead of hearing root chakra and having no idea how to balance it or assess your root chakra, you will leave this class feeling abundant with knowledge of what it is and how to practically embody this energy throughout your everyday life. We will move our bodies through a beautiful flow that opens and invigorates our hips and pelvis, followed by stillness in yin honouring our legs, lower back, feet and hips which are all poses associated with balancing the Root Chakra. When the Root Chakra is balanced you will feel in-tune with life and grounded, when its not, you will feel stressed and be lacking in self care. The Root Chakra when unbalanced acts as a domino affect and can wack all other chakras out of alignment, which is why we are beginning with it. Im so excited to share this series with you because when you break these Chakras down and simplify them without all the bells and whistles, you just focus on what they were created for, balancing the human body, mind and soul, this will be a profound teaching. 

I will guide you through inspiring ways to emobody the theme inbetween your fortnightly reset classes. These events are self guided healing, you are your biggest healer, I am here to guide you into steping into your dream life you desire.

This class series will run fortnightly from 6:30pm to 8pm.
