Journey through an intentional elemental inspired evening to create some Full Moon magic in your life. Be welcomed into a space of connection and expression on Wednesday eve through this special creative flow gathering.

We’ll ground into our intentions through an activating meditation, unblock creative flow with gentle movement and breath, and relax to the sounds of live Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and vocals.

✨ Featured Activity: “The Voice of the Elements” – Sound-Activated Art

Guided by Roberta, this unique artistic journey invites you to intuitively draw or paint while immersed in soundscapes representing the four elements — earthy drums, ocean waves, crackling fire, and airy flutes.

Through 5–7 minute sound journeys, you’ll allow the vibrations to move through your hands using charcoal, pastels, or paint — bypassing the thinking mind and connecting directly to the spirit of each element. Afterward, you’ll bring the four pieces together into one symbolic expression through visuals or sacred words.

We’ll complete the evening with a song circle to celebrate what’s flowing within and around us — bring your medicine drums, rattles, or shakers!
