Are you ready to awaken your eros and reclaim your mind-body and sensual soul?

Before we begin to journey into deeper tantric magick with others, or even dive into full body bliss with yourself, having the foundations that can ground us into our being are the roots of being able to breath deeper, to make sound and to move our body in ways that allow us to open the gates to our ecstatic cells. This is SO important as we remember the innocence and nature of this energy within us.

In Vedic teachings, the compounds of each element exist within every atom of our being, we are little made of star dust! When we remember this unique wisdom, we can start to explore and activate our connection to the elements and what they offer us in our expressions, including in our sensual self.

This journey is based off Sensual Temple Arts Practices from The Temple Rose - Sensual Temple Arts School. These are all based around 'The Gold Rose - Sensual Wellness' which focus on 'self' and reconnecting with our own life force and body. 

This journey includes:

- Sensual Temple Arts Teachings and Practices to utilize in your own time

- A Cacao Ceremony

- Guided Shamanic Journey that will take you through the elements of your eros, Practices include Tantric Alchemy Dance, Orgasmic Breathwork, Guided Clearing Meditation and Self Touch

- Crystal Sound Bowl Therapy for Integration 

The practices here are based upon the paths of the sensual temple arts that are non-sexual however can be extremely ecstatic. This is for both men and women, all souls who are ready to understand the innocence and nature of their energy and how to start cultivating practices to reconnect with it
