A journey through the elements in an in intentionally designed series to help restore and integrate our systems of vitality.

Each lab builds upon the previous one, creating a systematic layered approach that supports the body’s structural integrity, fascial freedom, lymphatic flow, autoregulation, and embodied awareness.

When completed in order, we may promote systemic restoration to help us let go of old holding patterns, and integrate our systems with increased vitality to support optimal living health.

Weeks 1-3 - Root to Rise Series - focus on spinal decompression, dural release, jaw, diaphragm, pelvic floor, restoring the craniosacral system, and improving posture.

Week 1 - Earth Lab - Lumbar Spine, Hips, Pelvic Floor

Week 2 - Fire Lab - Thoracic Spine, Diaphragm, Rib Cage

Week 3 - Air Lab - Cervical Spine, Shoulders, Jaw

Week 4 - Water Lab - Full-body Myofascial Release, Proprioception

Week 5 - Metal Lab - Lymphatic Flow - improve fluid circulation, immune, and nervous system

Week 6 - Light Lab - Somatic Integration - mental, emotional, and spiritual embodiment
