Melbourne woman of southern Italian ancestry, a filmmaker and yoga teacher. Through breath, awareness and movement we create space to dive deeply into body, mind, and spirit. This will look and feel different for all of us, so compassion, curiousity and tools that empower each of us to be our own teachers are what I like to explore and offer. I love that the practice can be a place where people show up to learn more about themselves. To peel back the stories and habits of separation and experience yoga – which is to remember our innate aliveness and birthright to belong to one another and to the earth.Above all I am humbled by what happens when a group of humans come together to play, move, create, grow, heal - or any other intention that is a yes to life and love.
