Elements Women's Circle with Mia Perry Bowick and Shannon Dunn

Please join us for an intimate experience combining art, meditation, ritual and community. Mia Perry Bowick of Cassia Collective and Artist, Shannon Dunn will facilitate the Women's Circle.  The Circle will open with a grounding ritual and meditation inspired by the "Elements" art exhibit in the gallery. Open conversation centering on the life elements: Air, Earth, Fire, Water and Space will follow and our time will close with a guided ritual, as well.  We believe gathering in a circle with other women while practicing vulnerability and authenticity can create real and lasting change.

We encourage you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled.  All women are welcome and encouraged to bring a favorite beverage, journal and a curious mind and heart.
