Elements is a beautiful journey designed to help you find balance through the power of breath, stillness, and healing energy.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork to balance the Ayurvedic elements within your dosha helping you feel grounded, clear, and calm from the inside out.
Then, melt into a gentle yin yoga practice where you’ll be supported in stillness with soothing poses while receiving Reiki and intuitive energy healing. The combination of yin and energy work will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, restored, and reconnected to your natural flow.
Come as you are, no experience needed. Just bring your mat, an open heart, and the willingness to slow down and receive.
Dress code is anything comfortable with the ability to move freely.
