Elenberg Fraser - Architecture

A visit to Elenberg Fraser's Melbourne office will see an exciting and unique view of three projects; Premiere Tower on Spencer Street (otherwise known as the 'Beyonce Tower'), Uno Melbourne, and Aspire on Kings Street—an urban intervention where students will have the opportunity to attend a site visit with the project team.

Elenberg Fraser practices environmental design based on a first principles approach, inspired by the natural environment. The forms of the towers at 380 Lonsdale appear as silver ripples emanating from the heart of the site. Moulded bay windows—a contemporary update for this classic device, give the building’s surface a vertical rhythm, a waterfall that pours into the garden beneath.
