The yoga wheel is a versatile and empowering prop that offers support, challenge, and exploration in your practice.
In this workshop, we’ll use the wheel to:
• Open the heart and shoulders with gentle yet profound backbends
• Strengthen the core and stability muscles with playful flows
• Improve spinal mobility and deepen your flexibility safely
• Explore balance and inversions with guidance and modifications

Whether you’re brand new to the wheel or looking to deepen your confidence with it, you’ll walk away with practical tools and rituals to support your ongoing growth

We’ll begin with a guided cacao ceremony—a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine known to enhance emotional clarity, joy, and spiritual connection. As we sip, we’ll set intentions and drop into presence together.

You’ll be guided through a progressive practice that builds from gentle mobility work to more dynamic sequences, with options for all levels. Expect:
• Opening & warm-up with the wheel
• Strength-building and stretch-focused sequences
• Backbend exploration and gentle inversions
• Restorative cool-down

To close, rest into deep surrender with a sound healing journey, featuring crystal bowls, shamanic drum, handpan, chimes, celestial and earthy voices to help integrate the physical and emotional shifts from the practice.
