each week learning a new daily ritual/routine to experience and embody before learning the next COMPONENT connecting to the energy of the CARDINAL DIRECTIONS and how they can influence your life.

All sessions will be recorded, so if you can't make the live you have the chance to watch in your own time. We will have a chat open to ask any questions that come up during the week, so you will feel supported and held through the journey of your month.
