Event description

Join Kelly for an immersive experience designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit while honoring the return of Autumn. As the balance of light and dark tips toward the inward journey of the year, this gathering invites you to pause, reflect, and embrace the shift from outward expansion to inward contemplation. Together, we’ll reflect on how the fruits of this season’s harvest hold the seeds of intention and potential to nurture through the quiet winter, blossoming anew in the spring.

What to Expect:

Grounding Practices: Begin with gentle techniques to calm your nervous system and root into the present moment, anchoring yourself in the energy of turning inward.

Trauma-Informed Yin Yoga: A 45-minute flow designed to support your body in releasing tension and finding deep rest. Through gentle, grounding poses, you'll be guided to reflect on your personal harvest—acknowledging what you’ve cultivated, honoring what you’re ready to release, and creating space to receive the seeds of intention that will quietly grow through the restful season ahead.

Ecstatic Dance with Drum and Bass: Move freely to a 60-minute set of melodic, bass-rich, and emotive drum and bass music, embodying the transition from light to dark and celebrating the fullness of your inner harvest.

Sound Healing: Bathe in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, their soothing tones guiding you inward to explore the seeds of potential you’ll nurture through the quieter months ahead.

Self-Reflection & Community: Journal, connect with like-minded souls, and enjoy nourishing plant-based treats and warm tea, contemplating the lessons and gifts of your journey so far and how they prepare you for the next cycle of growth.

This sacred gathering invites you to honor the turning of the seasons, embrace the wisdom of your inner harvest, and plant the seeds for transformation as you step into the darker, more introspective half of the year.
