Join Nicci from SoulFit Somatics and Kate from Blue Sky Mind for afternoon of education, information and experiential breathwork at the beautiful Flow St8 Maroochydore.

This workshop invites you to explore the breath’s edges - from enhancing functional and sports performance to accessing altered states of consciousness (transition from your head to your body) and achieving deep relaxation.

Breathe Elevate will include an hour of Oxygen Advantage breathing techniques ideal for increased sport and mental performance and recovery. And once your body is primed we will move into a Blue Sky Breathwork journey to connect to higher levels of your consciousness and restore you body into a relaxed state of being.
