As the setting sun creates the warm glow of the golden hour, join us for an unforgettable experience on our rooftop oasis with an incredible 360 degree view of the city skyline from Center City to East Falls! We are so excited to share with you ELEVATE #7: Afrobeats Edition with Oluwafemi & Rasaq Lawal!

6pm Elixir bar opens
Jaya Kava will be serving up kava and kratom elixirs, iced herbal teas, kombucha, fresh juices, ceremonial cacao, and nourishing nibbles throughout the night!

7pm Afrovibes Dance Class: Rasaq Lawal
Immerse yourself in the heat and energy of the Afro-dance phenomena sweeping the globe! Smooth and nuanced, yet lively and stimulating, this class will have you sweaty and smiling while learning basic Afrobeats moves and grooves. The vibe is super fun and playful, beginners and all bodies welcome! Rasaq (aka Mr. AfrVbz) is a director, producer, and choreographer, who has performed on leading platforms such as "So You Think You Can Dance."

8pm DJ Dance Party: Oluwafemi
Oluwafemi is a rhythmist based in Philadelphia, originally from Lagos, Nigeria. His music influences are deeply rooted in the cultures of the African diaspora with jazz, funk, reggae, hip-hop, house and Afrobeat. For 15 years, his visual and musical work has included DJing, music production, pen illustration, painting, digital still and video art.

9:45pm Sound Bath: Mary DiMeglio
Rest deeply to the soothing vibrations of a live sound bath meditation with Mary DiMeglio, founder and director of Mishana Yoga & Wellness.

HOW TO FIND US
Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) We'll be on top of the parking garage (Level 5).

WHAT TO BRING
Sneakers recommended for dancing on the concrete. Water bottle. Yoga mat for the sound bath meditation. Cup for the elixir bar to be eco-friendly!
