Elevated Consciousness Workshop - Wintering - Breathwork & Sacred Circle Journey.

A Breathwork and Sacred Circle Journey Led by Kaity Gould and Amber Bibby. 

Throughout this workshop we will be acknowledging all that is turning from ashes to dust throughout the season upon us, autumn. 

Sitting in circle is an opportunity to tap into your inner power and wisdom as we set our intentions for the afternoon.  Our hope is to create a relaxed, safe and sacred space to experience Breathwork by providing information around the practise and drawing on our inner power and knowledge as we facilitate a healing and transformative afternoon.  

Both Kaity & Amber are qualified breathwork practitioners - their knowledge and passion for this practice runs deep.

The particular breathwork practise we utilise throughout this workshop involves a deep, open mouthed connected breath.  This causes an influx of oxygen into our system, depleting levels of carbon dioxide.  This altered state triggers a release of molecule DMT from our pineal gland. DMT creates a bridge from the conscious mind to the subconscious allowing our parasympathetic nervous system to kick in and rest our mind completely.  

This event is provided for woman (and those that align with the divine feminine).  

Your experience in breathwork may include but is not limited to the following: 

Inner balance, gaining a deeper understanding of self and the cosmos, mental clarity, an incredible sense of connectedness, connecting to the higher version of ourselves, insights, emotional release, a decrease in anxiety, depression, stress, PTSD, releasing stress and tension from the body, removing energetic blockages holding us back from connecting to the infinte source of energy and potential that runs through us. 

We are passionate about creating spacest that support profound healing and elevated consciousness.
