Elevated - Intuitive Yoga Flow

Welcome to Elevated!

Elevated is the perfect addition to your weekly routine. The journey we take you on will be quite similar to that of its sister event, Grounded, the only difference is the Yoga portion of the event. 

Let's chat about the style of yoga we'll explore, for all our yogis, traditionally the style being taught will be a Vinyasa, with a twist! 

We will be moving through a flow yoga class where the main intention is to INTUITIVELY move our bodies in a way that's unique to how our body feels on the day. There will be LOTS of options for different levels and different abilities. This class is perfect for all!

Whether you've been practising yoga for years or it's your first time, you'll get something from our Elevated nights. You don't have to be super flexible or have great mobility to attend. 

Michelle and Cass will both be joining the practice weekly, so you will have a good visual of how two different bodies look doing this type of flow. With Cass being our Yogi master and Michelle being an absolute beginner, everyone will feel represented! 

The benefits of yoga are endless, from increasing your quality of sleep, digestion, flexibility, mobility, and blood flow to decreased stress, inflammation, as well as connection to your body! 

Coupled with a cacao ceremony, meditation, and a sound bath, you'll leave feeling Elevated!
