Ella Hartwig- Sharing Stories Through Song

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Hailing from Far North Queensland, Ella Hartwig captivates audiences with her guitar, a folky delivery and heartfelt lyrics. With songs that pack a catchy punch, Ella takes listeners on a journey of storytelling through music.

The singer-songwriter was nominated for two Queensland Music Awards (written at the age of just 13!) and has received international recognition for her songwriting. Growing up in Cooktown, Ella has since travelled and lived all across the state, from the Torres Strait to the city. This wealth of experience bleeds through her lyricism.

Although Ella has traditionally been a solo artist, she now has the support of a talented band to showcase more of her indie, country and pop influences. Her sound has been compared to the likes of early Missy Higgins, Melissa Etheridge, Taylor Swift, and Jack Johnson, but her style is uniquely her own.

Don’t miss out on a night of music at “It’s Still a Secret”. Catch Ella as she pitter patters her music all around Australia - starting with the East Coast!

Bar open from 2pm.

$20 on the door.
