The session is available for any Educators or Teachers who have a collaborative, distributive, positional, or pedagogical leadership role as a Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator, Educational Leader, or aspiring Educational Leader. The session will address leadership in ECEC with a discussion on leadership versus management. We will consider the attributes and qualities of a leader in ECEC.
