Ember gathering is a vitalising 4-day and 3-night camping retreat nestled in lush scenery just 1 hour from Sydney 🏕️ ✨

This inclusive gathering warmly welcomes those of all ages who identify as a woman and/or gender fluid.

Ember Collaborative is a platform that connects and empowers women in Australia. Our annual gathering welcomes anyone who identifies as a woman to enjoy a weekend with the girls, without the pressure of conforming to any particular expression of womanhood or femininity, nor any specific group or “scene”.

Ember is the same crew from Wierd Women, just with a fresh new look and name. In our seventh year of running Wierd Women events, it was time for a change that reflected our natural evolution. The concept of seven-year cycles is woven into the fabric of various spiritual and cultural traditions, often representing themes of renewal, completion, and transformation. The underlying symbolism of the number seven reflects humanity's enduring fascination with cycles and patterns in the natural world and the cosmos. And so, with fresh energy, and as always, love, we present our 2024 annual gathering.
