The time has come for men to step up as leaders in their community, it is time to step into a space of power and truth as we learn to hold safe space for children, women and each other.

As men, there is a lot we deal with: societal pressures, emotional suppression, avoidance of our own needs and a weakened ability to communicate our feelings and experiences.

Embers Mens Group is a safe place where men gather around a fire and speak consciously to practice what our fathers never taught us, to explore and learn efficient communication and to empower ourselves with an awareness of our own emotions and needs.

We meet once a month with a commitment to support, listen and actively participate in the group with an intention to further our own healing journeys and improve our awareness.
