Where fire meets ocean, Yin invites you home to yourself. This 90 minute workshop is a journey into stillness, inspired by the glowing embers of the Bay of Fires - a place where the land burns bright with spirit and the waves whisper rest.

Through gentle, long-held postures, fascia release techniques, and the healing embrace of silence, you’ll explore:

✨ Deep rest for body, mind, and spirit
