Come along for practical tips, support and ideas to help make mealtimes less stressful and more enjoyable for the whole family.

Does your child have strong reactions to certain textures, smells or how foods look?
Do mealtimes feel stressful, lengthy or overwhelming for your family?
Would you like to support more food exploration without pressure or food battles?

If you answered yes to any of these, this workshop is designed to help.

This practical workshop, led by our Dietitian Sami, will help parents better understand sensory and nutritional needs around eating and mealtimes while providing practical strategies they can use at home.

The kids will be entertained while the parents ask their questions in a relaxed atmosphere, I can even take them into the gym if needed. We will supply some fruit on the day for the kids to eat, but parents are welcome to bring a snack for their child.
