This retreat will benefit all women, especially those who are feeling disconnected from themselves and struggling to find joy and purpose, or who are feeling overwhelmed in their roles as a women, daughters, mothers, partners, carers, therapists or teachers. We also welcome women who are feeling vulnerable in the midst of navigating and recovering from; burn out, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, spiritual and narcissistic abuse, workplace bullying and religious trauma. Host & Facilitator

Candy is a lover of deep heart connection and spending time with people enriches her soul. She is heart centred and thrives when engaging in soulful and spiritual conversations. Her events are grounded in love and centred upon encouraging authentic connection to self and others . She value authenticity, vulnerability and empathy and believes love is the greatest transformational source. She has 20 years of experience working in both the education and community sectors as soul healer and educator, and has navigated decades of personal healing and growth in therapy and through self directed study. She is passionate about working with women as a coach, mentor and guide to bring them into places of emotional and spiritual healing and transformation. Facilitator

Esther is a Counsellor, Body Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Educator. She has a big heart a deep commitment to live with integrity, her own best life as she supports others in doing the same. She is the cofounder of Resonance Together and brings the expertise of her training, therapeutic experience and the insight and wisdom she has gained through decades of personal growth and self-expression. With a passion to see women walk in the freedom of their truest selves she brings a wealth of expertise in leading clients into deep body, soul and spiritual healing.
