Embodied Anatomy & Dancing
Description
Embodied Anatomy & Dancing classes with Kim Sargent-Wishart, Certified Teacher of Body-Mind Centering® and BodyMind Dancing™.
Explore your dynamic anatomy through images, self-touch and movement. Based in Body-Mind Centering®, class time includes anatomical imagery and information, guided touch and somatic movement journeys, and time for dancing (whatever that means for you in the moment). There's also some time for drawing and writing if you like.
Three Friday sessions - come to one or all three! Recordings will be available to anyone who registers, so you can also do the class at a time that suits you.
PLEASE NOTE if you would like recordings of a session that's passed, you can book an extra spot in a future class and email me, then I'll send you the recording link.
