You will be guided through somatic embodiment practices so you can move with your own rhythm and allow your body to express herself through movement.

With low, ambient lighting you can turn your gaze within and move with your eyes closed if you choose, to music that will invoke power and emotion.

Surrendering into the moment, allowing your body to tell a story and connecting with your inner goddess so she may shine within a safe and judgement free space with like-hearted sisters.
