Boundless and free is the sky
of samadhi,
bright the full moon of wisdom,
truly is anything missing now?
Nirvana is here, before your eyes,
this very place is the Lotus Land,
this very body the Buddha.
(Hakuin Zenji’s Song of Zazen)

By settling mindfulness in the body, relaxing and finding ease, we can learn to rest in samadhi – beautiful states of unification of the bodyheartmind. Clear, open, balanced, grounded. The deeper we go the lighter it gets. All the clutter of the mind, the chasing of shadows, the clinging to a separate sense of self can drop away. What shows itself? Awakening is possible in this very body.

As well as sitting and walking meditation there will be somatic and subtle body practices which support unwinding and releasing deeply held tension and habit patterns. Wellbeing is our natural inheritance. More resilience, more buoyancy in everyday life. We could say - tapping into the wellspring.
