Feeling at home in your body

Are you feeling disconnected from your body, emotions, or sense of pleasure?

Do you find yourself living too much in your head?

Do you sit at a desk all day? Is your movement only limited to bipedal, repetitive action (e.g. running, cycling, lifting weights)?  Are you able to sit still for more than 10 minutes? Do you feel anxious to connect with others?

This transformative course is designed to help you reconnect with your body, creativity, emotional awareness, and inner wisdom.

Through slow, intentional practices, you will deepen your awareness of your body and emotions; become aware and break free from unhelpful patterns, and begin the process of remembering who you are and how to feel at home in your body.

To be more aware of your body is to be more aware of who you are.

This is a closed container, meaning we will be with the same people, each week, witnessing and supporting each other. In this group, we are simply remembering how to be; how to move, express, feel and share. As ancient as humans have been gathering and relating to the natural rhythms of the world; we will also be guided by the moon’s phases and signs.

The course is open to all genders and includes a focus on re-balancing our action- driven (masculine) demands of this world with our intuitive, nurturing (feminine) knowing.

Expect to be challenged and pushed to your edge through courageous self-expression, contact dance, and movement practices that foster deep connection with yourself and others.

What You'll Gain:

  • Deeper awareness of your body, emotions, and intuition.
  • Greater spatial awareness and the ability to move and dance with ease and confidence.
  • Tools to recognize and release unhelpful patterns.
  • Confidence in expressing yourself
  • A renewed connection to your intuition i.e. feminine energy.
  • Tapping into your inner joy.
  • Greater confidence to connect with others.
