Embodied Connection

 Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection, and unapologetic pleasure? This workshop is made for all you fantastic Wild and Wonderful Women and Men (yes, we're talking about you!) who are eager to co-create meaningful connections in a safe and supportive space. Participants must be aged 18+ 

For those who wish to….

• Dive deep into the exploration of your embodied 'Yes' and 'No' with practical tools.
• Practice the art of setting boundaries and communicating needs with confidence.
• Curious about pleasure practices, solo or with a partner? We've got you covered.

The Flow of the Workshop:

Beginning: Let's kick things off by forming a community circle, co-creating a safe and nurturing space. Our facilitator will guide the way, and you're invited to participate at your own comfort level.

 Middle: Get ready for some guided somatic experiences. We'll embark on a journey to understand the language of our bodies – what feels like a hell 'Yes' and what's a definite 'No'. Learn to navigate your boundaries and express them clearly with newfound confidence.

 Finally, Play!  It's time to unleash the playful spirit within. Connect with your own body through movement, explore your pleasure body with the rhythm of music with an invitation to be witnessed and witness others in movement. You've now practised the art of feeling into your boundaries and expressing them so you can now participate at a level that’s right for you. Space for integration and sharing if you wish.
