45 minutes of Modern dance technique followed by 30 minutes of creative improvisation:

We explore themes on healing through movement and cocreating choreography in the 'Embodied Dance' method.

All levels welcome

Expressive, mindful, contemporary modern dance technique that encourages you to deepen your artistic expression while practicing emotion filled, injury free dancing.

We explore floor work, new range of motion and dynamic physicality. Dancers are encouraged to work at their own pace and find their authentic connection to music, movement and choreography.

We use Embodied Dance principles of working with elements and archetypes as well as personal and collective story to heal through our limiting beliefs and patterns, often resulting in co creating somatically driven choreography; all in a relaxed, judgement free space.
