Parking on the street or in the nearby parking buildings (free) on Elizabeth and Durham Streets
Embodied dance is a safe place to come and express yourself through movement. It is a journey that invites you to deepen your connection to your self & allow the music to take you on a journey of releasing built up tension, clearing your mind and feeling more joy & freedom!You will be guided through a gentle breathwork to drop into your body & become present in your body. Starting with a slow gentle unfolding and building up to shake off tension & release with the energy off the Full Moon in Scorpio.
