Hi dance community,

We’d love to invite you to something special… our first official half-day Embodied Dance Workshop.

Perhaps you’ve attended one of our 90-minute workshops at a festival before and enjoyed it?

Well this is similar, but on a whole other level, a deep dive if you will.

For those who don’t know, this is our unique approach to dance and life. We combine psychology, personal growth, embodiment, and leadership principles with dance.

Dance is both the vehicle and transformation in this instance.

The vehicle in the sense that during the exercises you will genuinely grow as a person (not just a dancer) through doing the workshop, learning and understanding where you can trust yourself more deeply, and develop more somatic (body) awareness and in turn confidence.

It’s also the transformation in the sense that your actual dancing will be taken to new depths, to a place where you’re much better at connecting with yourself first and foremost, your partner, and to the music. You will be able to access more creativity and flow from here (whether you’re a leader or a follower).

If you have a curiosity and or desire to deepen your self-awareness in life and dance, then this half-day workshop is for you.
