Hey, I’m Mickey! As an eco-therapist, I support those who are feeling stuck or lost, experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, or systemic oppression. I weave in my background in Yoga and dance, meditation, social justice, and wilderness guiding to help you feel more connected to your body, move through big emotions, and root back into your soul’s purpose.

I started Rhizome Retreats because I believe that healing does not happen in isolation. Mental health and healing should connect you back to the systems you’re a part of. My intention is to share my deep sense of hope and belonging in the world with others. Rhizome Retreats centers around the 3 tools to resilient relationships with Self and nature: reciprocity, restoration, and regeneration. Each of our retreats emphasize one of these elements, or look for a full-circle retreat that integrates all three phases.
