FEEL!
Space to explore movement, sound dance and play as a way to experience your own energy, come home to yourself, and connect with others.
It’s my desire to create these spaces on an ongoing basis so that we have opportunity to continue to explore and connect to ourselves and others, each time discovering something new, some other depth, to come home a little more each time!
My desire is NOT to teach you how to move like me.
My desire is to create space and guide you to drop in and MOVE LIKE YOU!
To move to the intuitive knowing that lives inside of your body!
An invitation into your own energy, your own feeling, your own expression and allowing THIS— this deep inner world to move you in the external world!
THIS; this getting to know what my energy feels like and allowing it to move me…has changed my life!
I’d like to invite you to explore both your depths and your edges. To feel and move and make noise and dance and play with me!
