Are you curious about what your life could look like if you were more aware and intimate with your needs, wants and authenticity?

Embodied Intimacy is a space to deepen your connection with more of who you are by discovering and inhabiting all of your bodies: the physical, energetic, mental, archetypal, and emotional.

In the context of this event, when we speak about intimacy, we mean authentic human connection through presence, feelings, and honest relating - ‘Into me you see!’
With yourself, with each other, and with nature.

This Immersion is not directly about sexuality or tantra; it is about practicing being fully embodied, awake, and present in your own radiance. The skills learnt here contribute to your ability to live a more authentic life.

As you begin to listen to all the bodies, something natural happens. You become more present, more real, and more fully here.

In other words, you incarnate more of yourself. Calling more of yourself home. Embodying more of you.

When we speak about intimacy here, we mean:

Authentic human connection - with yourself, with others, and with nature.
Presence without story - meeting someone or yourself in the now, without masks or roles.
Vulnerability and courage - sharing what is real for you.
Embodied connection - discovering your physical, emotional, mental, archetypal, and energetic bodies to deepen your presence.
A doorway to transformation - not a goal, instead a space that opens and can be experienced at any time when spaciousness and logistics drop away.

We practice intimacy through embodiment: bringing generous attention to all five bodies, through moving, listening, and being present. The more you inhabit yourself fully, the more authentic your connection with others becomes.
Cultivate confidence, root into your authentic self, and dance in new ways of relating to others.

Embodied Intimacy is designed to create a brave space together to enhance your creativity and your embodied presence. We slow down, listen to the body, and focus on authentic human connection. Think of this as a practical and fun multi-day immersion that is offering a bold approach to being in touch with your own heart.

Over the three days you’ll explore a deeper “yes” to your life, discover more resources to be in connection with yourself and a closer relationship to your feelings and aliveness - the source of your own radiance.

Through guided embodied exercises, you will walk away with actionable tools for your everyday life, the possibility to communicate more honestly, become more assertive and be more in touch with what you want and desire.

Why join this Immersion?

Many of us move through life disconnected from our bodies and unsure how to express what we actually feel. This workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.

Through guided practices, movement, and communication exercises, you’ll gain practical tools to listen more deeply to your body, express yourself more honestly, and experience meaningful connection in a held environment.

How Do We Do This?

Embodied Intimacy is designed to reconnect you with your three superpowers: Declaring, Asking, and Choosing. This is a guided space where you can practice, and discover them through embodiment, partner exercises, group intelligence, and community sharing, so you can feel more empowered in your life and expand your capacity to communicate.

We drop logistics, schedules, and doing. Instead, we step into spaciousness, a field where you can feel, heal, and move.

Through guided practices, you will:

Expand your movement vocabulary and embodiment by bringing attention and movement to all parts of your body. This will allow more life force to flow in the form of circulation and blood flow and mobility beyond the Immersion.
Explore all five bodies as your source of embodiment: your physical, emotional, mental, archetypal, and energetic body, to incarnate more fully.
Having more presence will deepen your rootedness in authenticity.
