Kia ora dance whānau,

For years I have been sharing my experiences of Embodied Intimacy with this community. Now I am thrilled to say we finally have the opportunity to explore it together, here in Ōtepoti, with Sybille Biedert and our team.

Embodied Intimacy: A Weekend Movement Journey in Dunedin

A weekend of embodied authentic relating, held with the unique combination of Possibility Management and Open Floor movement practice.

We each develop our own way of relating, shaped by what we learned from culture, family and teachers. Through movement, partner and group practices, we'll explore these patterns and discover the power to choose, to transform, and to shape our experience of intimacy and connection.

Together we'll dance into the unknown parts of ourselves, arrive in the moment in all our bodies (emotional, physical, mental and energetic), and practise the skill of negotiating intimacy to create deeper connection and meet our vulnerability.

What we'll explore
Cultivating presence and aliveness
A new relationship with your feelings, as a compass for your life
Listening to your inner voice and becoming more visible
Communicating with clarity and passion what matters to you
New practices and tools for more intimacy in your relationships

I am so excited for the practices we'll share, the dances we'll move, and the research we'll bring into life as a community.

Investment (whole weekend)
Adults: $420
Under 25: $280

Super early bird until 1 December:

Adults $350 · Under 25 $210

If finances feel tight, a limited number of lower-tier places are available on request. Reach out and we'll find a way.
