Embodied Leadership
Description
This is the first of a monthly event series exploring women's health with diverse practitioners - science, somatic, holistic. Discover options that transform how you lead as a woman.
April's event flow:
6pm: Arrive & eat kai together.
6.45pm: Kat & Vale introduction.
Vale talks about the current state of women’s health.
Robbie helps us understand our nervous system through somatics.
Bee helps us find our voices through ancient wisdom.
Journaling, closing, tea & chats.
10pm: Home time.
A connective and educational evening, designed with your health in mind (and heart.)
Quench your curiosity, cultivate community, and tend to the topics you’ve been toying with.
Diverse practitioners and experts in their field, present a platter of research, wisdom, and practices, devoted to uplifting women.
Designed for women in leadership who are ready to approach their power differently. Not through pushing harder, but through understanding themselves more deeply.
Come along, have fun, bring a friend, or make a new one.
These evenings will leave you inspired, understanding, and able to approach your health in accessible ways.
This event is for people who identify as women and people with uteruses.
Our events will be happening on the first Friday after the new moon.
17 April, 22 May, 19 June, 17 July, 14 Aug, 18 Sept & 16 Oct.
More event pages coming soon.
