Embodied Leadership Masterclass

with Tamsin Jones

We live in an age of complexity, contradiction, and accelerating change. In this context, leadership is not about having all the answers, it’s about the ability to stay present, attuned, and responsive in the face of uncertainty so we can positively shape it.

At Small Giants Academy, we support leaders to develop the inner and relational capacities needed to lead in complex systems as well as the outer skills and networks. We help people move beyond black-and-white thinking and into a deeper awareness of self, others, and the broader systems they are part of.

This workshop is not about transcending reality. It’s about returning to it. Through science-led somatic practice, reflective dialogue, and applied frameworks, we invite you to explore new tools and develop your leadership from the inside out.

This masterclass is a space for remembering what it means to be human in the work we do. It is also a practical path for navigating paradox, holding difference, and leading change with grounded presence in your own leadership and team.

Join us to reconnect with yourself, with others, and with a more integrated story of leadership.

This masterclass is for:

  • Leaders and facilitators seeking to deepen their capacity to lead in complexity

  • Professionals across sectors committed to fostering relational, purpose-driven leadership

  • Individuals interested in integrating mindfulness and somatic practices into their leadership

  • Changemakers aiming to shift from ego-centric to eco-centric ways of leading

You'll walk away with:

  • Tools to navigate complexity and uncertainty with resilience and adaptability

  • Practices to cultivate emotional intelligence, wellbeing and self awareness

  • Frameworks for fostering collective intelligence and collaborative decision-making

  • Insights into balancing inner development with systemic impact

  • Enhanced self-awareness and a deeper connection to your leadership purpose

  • Greater capacity to lead with empathy, authenticity, and courage in paradox

  • Renewed clarity on how our authenticity aligns with systemic change
