Perturbation - Regulation - Integration
There are energies within us that affect how we perceive our life and how we respond to it.
They are the total of our ancestor's experiences and our collective experiences.
The vast majority of these forces are unseen, unacknowledged and disembodied.
These energies are our shadow.
Somewhere along the path one of us has the choice to show up, acknowledge the shadow, embody it and integrate it into being-ness.
The miracle is that when we dare to do this in a safe space, we free up all of the energy that was being used to contain those aspects of the shadow and we become a little lighter for it.
We also can alter our state with the power of our mind.
This doesn't have to be mystical it can be explained by anatomy and physiology.
At today's fast pace it serves to know what we are capable of with very little time and effort.
