Embodied Movement is a series of therapeutic dance and movement workshops for self exploration and expression. Guided movement practices will offer opportunities to connect with and integrate our thinking, feeling and moving selves for a sense of wholeness and wellbeing.

These workshops will include somatic grounding and release exercises, an exploratory Authentic Movement based practice, creative expression and integration practices.

Sessions are led by counsellor, dance facilitator and dance movement therapist in training Kirby. Each workshop will offer a different theme to deepen your experience, however attendance at one, two or all workshops is welcome!

For adults of all ages, abilities, and levels of familiarity with body-based practices (including no familiarity!)
