a space to soften into your essence and come home to yourself.

THE VIBE ✨

EMBODIED. is a space to slow down, turn down the external noise, turn up the feelingggg and let your body take the lead. a chance to shake off the outside world, get out of your head and sink into the deliciousness of being in your body ~ through feel good movement, sensuality, self-connection and a little baddie energy.

THE PRACTICE 🌹

we begin by gathering in circle, sharing a warm cup of heart-opening cacao and taking a moment to arrive and land in the space together. a gentle invitation to slow down, tune into the senses and open ourselves to the experience ahead.

then we move through my signature EMBODIED. movement practice, weaving together:

✨ grounding through the breath
✨ tuning into the body and meeting yourself exactly where you're at
✨ gently guided intuitive movement
✨ a little shake and release
✨ a juicy warm-up and long, delicious stretches
✨ simple, beginner-friendly sensual choreography

we're not here to rush the process. we're HERE for the process.

we take our time to soften, tune in and find our flow before bringing it all together through movement that invites you to play, explore your expression and sink into your feminine essence.

THE PERMISSION SLIP 🤲🏽

no dance experience needed. no choreography to nail. no pressure to look a certain way.

just simple steps to play with, make your own and bring to life with your unique energy.

the magic isn't in getting the moves right ~ it's in what becomes possible when you stop worrying about how you look and get curious about how you feel.

it's in the hips that loosen, the shoulders that soften and the freedom to explore the parts of yourself that don't always get space to come out and play.

WHAT YOU MIGHT DISCOVER 👁️

an invitation to deepen your connection with your body, explore your sensuality and create more room for authentic self-expression.

come as you are, move at your own pace and see what unfolds.

no expectations, no right or wrong ~ just room to explore, express and play.

a space to move beyond the everyday, reconnect with yourself and give your inner baddie a little room to breathe.

i can't wait to hold this space for you ❤️‍🔥

big love,

Mon xx
