Develop skills for deepening awareness through practices inspired by hydrodynamic principles—waves, spirals, and states of matter. Experience a profound connection with your body, releasing unnecessary tension and creating conditions for natural, expressive movement.

Meditation in Motion:

Explore spaciousness in motion through meditation, unlocking your intuitive subtle sense and expanding your ability to sense, observe, and recognise the inner and outer dimensions of life.

Research Topics:

* Examine sources of knowledge applied to daily life and their relationship to reality: This involves reflecting on where your knowledge comes from, how you apply it in your daily life, and questioning its alignment with your perception of reality. It encourages participants to explore the origins and impact of the information that shapes their understanding of the world.

* Investigate the location, density, and multidimensionality of your senses:

This topic prompts participants to explore the physical and perceptual aspects of their senses. It involves understanding where in the body different senses are located, considering the intensity or density of sensory experiences, and recognising the multidimensional nature of sensory perception beyond the conventional five senses.

* Cultivate improvisation as a key skill for experiencing presence in the moment:

This research topic encourages participants to develop improvisational skills as a means to enhance their ability to be present in the current moment.
