Research Topics:

* Examine sources of knowledge applied to daily life and their relationship to reality: This involves reflecting on where your knowledge comes from, how you apply it in your daily life, and questioning its alignment with your perception of reality. * Investigate the location, density, and multidimensionality of your senses:

This topic prompts participants to explore the physical and perceptual aspects of their senses. It involves understanding where in the body different senses are located, considering the intensity or density of sensory experiences, and recognising the multidimensional nature of sensory perception beyond the conventional five senses.

* Cultivate improvisation as a key skill for experiencing presence in the moment:
